Not every project fits into a predefined consulting service. The collaboration option exists for work that’s more exploratory, custom, or organizational in nature.

This might include co-created tools, internal resources, educational initiatives, or hybrid projects that blend strategy, content, and creative direction. Collaboration starts with clarity — not assumptions — and is only pursued when there’s strong alignment on scope, values, and capacity.

This is not a shortcut around consulting boundaries. It’s a way to thoughtfully explore work that needs a different shape.

educational or training resources
internal brand or content systems
storytelling or documentation projects
organizational initiatives that don’t fit standard consulting

All collaboration inquiries begin with an intake process. This allows us to understand the project, assess alignment, and determine whether collaboration is the right approach.

If it’s a fit, you’ll receive a clearly scoped proposal outlining:

the nature of the work
timeline and deliverables
time commitment and boundaries
pricing

If it’s not the right fit, you’ll receive an honest response or referral.
